The seat of power is vacant in a corrupt city ruled by vice and avarice, and rival players scheme to claim it first. Players control two hidden characters and use bluffing, manipulation, and character abilities to gather coins, steal from opponents, exchange cards, block actions, and launch coups. Challenges can expose false claims, causing players to lose influence and reveal their characters. The last player with a face-down character remaining wins.
