Corsairs

Players collect provisions such as water, bread, meat, rum, bananas, and beans to meet the requirements of face-up galleys. Each galley shows the provisions needed, its victory-point value, and the boarding strength that must be overcome. On each turn, players play three cards to gather provisions, exchange cards through the discard pile, or fire a broadside and potentially steal provisions assembled by opponents. Once a galley’s requirements are met, players compete to board it by combining corsair strength with a dice roll. The highest boarding value claims the galley, while other players lose the cards committed to it. The player with the most victory points from boarded galleys wins.
