Duel in the Dark (Second Edition)

Two-player World War II air-combat game simulating nighttime bomber raids over German cities. One player commands British Bomber Command, secretly plotting bomber routes and using a Mosquito as escort or decoy; the other commands the Luftwaffe, deploying night fighters, searchlights, flak and civil-defense assets to intercept and conserve fuel. Nights are played as separate scenarios that take about 30–45 minutes each, and the modular board supports many historic variations. Rules cover weather, moon phase effects, clouds and fog, balloon barriers, acoustic mirrors and detailed anti-aircraft options, with additional expansions and a multi-player variant included.
