El Alamein: Rommel at Alam El Halfa

A simulation of the North African campaign in August 1942 that recreates the Axis attempt to break the British line on a desert ridge. Players command mechanized formations, coordinating tanks, infantry and support assets across a tactical map. The game uses a Fire & Movement system where motorized and specialized units gain movement and combat advantages. Combat incorporates on-demand support fire—mortars, artillery, ground-attack aircraft and heavy bombers—to modify battles at the moment of engagement. Success depends on maneuver, concentrated firepower and managing limited support resources.
