Players command forces in battles such as Camden, Cowpens, Guilford Courthouse, and Hobkirk’s Hill, managing formations, training, discipline, and limited command capacity. Units choose between close-order formations and more dispersed deployments suited to firearm use, while rifle-armed militia, dragoons, and an unusual shock-combat system shape engagements. The rules cover small-unit battle tactics in a compact format, with scenarios designed for games lasting under two hours.
