Hippo
Throw your 12 buoys into the pool or give them to Mr. Hippo. Roll three dice and use their values separately or combine them to place buoys in lanes numbered 1 to 12. Rolling and using a 7 allows another turn, while playing in a full lane can kick buoys back out.
