Germany, 1910. Agents are sent to an arms factory to investigate a series of illegal time travels and determine who is responsible and why. The mission requires a discreet approach, as suspicious behavior can trigger an alarm and hinder the investigation. This fan-made scenario is complete, tested by several groups, and available for download. Setup instructions are provided in the general forum.
