A tactical simulation of World War I combat, covering the development and use of infantry, cavalry, artillery, aircraft, flamethrowers, poison gas, and tanks. The game operates at platoon and individual-vehicle scale, with each turn representing roughly five minutes and each hex about 100 meters. Players can follow more than 20 scenarios tracing the conflict from the costly attacks of 1914 to the combined-arms offensives of 1918. The game includes 420 counters representing infantry platoons, cavalry squadrons, individual guns, and tanks.
