Nein! Doch! Ohh!
Four hourglasses of different durations are hidden beneath cups. On a turn, a die indicates which one to consider, and the player decides whether its time has run out. A player who disagrees can challenge by lifting the cup to check. After each check, the hourglass is flipped over, whether it has run out or not. A color die shifts the hidden timers between positions, changing which hourglass is where.
