A World War II naval wargame covering coastal actions and attacks on fortified positions. The 64-page booklet includes seven researched scenarios involving Oslo, Operation Sea Lion, British Channel convoys, the St. Nazaire raid, Operation Cerberus, German surface raider sorties, and Tarawa. Over 400 two-sided counters represent ships ranging from motor torpedo boats to battleships, along with aircraft, shore batteries, coastal installations, and amphibious assault troops. Play requires the standard Command at Sea rules and a data annex from either The Rising Sun or Supermarina I.
