Shinobi: War of Clans

Set in feudal Japan, players act as secret agents serving rival clans during a struggle for control of the provinces. Each player receives a hidden clan affiliation and troop cards, then deploys forces to other provinces, moves troops, and directs attacks. Building the largest army in a province can trigger a battle, while ninja cards reduce opposing forces. When the deck is exhausted, players reveal their clans and count their troops across all provinces. The clan with the most troops wins.
