This standalone expansion for a post-apocalyptic roleplaying game introduces a new character archetype and two substantial scenarios. Players explore dangerous locations, search for medical supplies and other resources, and face threats surrounding a hospital that has become too dangerous for previous expeditions. The scenarios include multiple possible approaches and bring back a familiar character.
