Space: 1889 (Ubiquity edition)
A roleplaying game of Victorian-era exploration in a Solar System connected by ether flyers and shaped by steam-era technology. Players portray adventurers, scientists, inventors, soldiers, and other explorers traveling from gas-lit Earth to the ancient civilizations of Mars, the jungles of Venus, the wastes of Mercury, and beyond. The Ubiquity Roleplaying System resolves exploration, invention, investigation, and combat as characters uncover lost knowledge, hunt for treasure, face alien creatures, and pursue scientific breakthroughs. The setting supports classic adventure, colonial-era science fiction, and bizarre technological inventions without supernatural magic.
