After an artifact awakens the Filth in the Tokyo subway, immortal champions rise to oppose the Dreaming Ones and prevent an endless night. This homebrew rules framework adapts the setting to fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons. It modifies existing mechanics and adds new ones to support the setting’s lore and atmosphere, providing a starting point for tabletop adventures rather than a complete or rigorously balanced conversion.
