Twilight Imperium: Second Edition – Hope's End
This expansion adds the Yssaril Tribes and Mentak Coalition as playable races, along with new map tiles, including a nebula, gravity rift, and the planet Hope’s End. It also introduces elite shock troops, race leaders with abilities affecting troops, planets, or systems, and new Political and Action Cards. Deed Cards provide a way to track income and influence, while ships entering the gravity rift exit in a random direction.

Tom5.9 Buy this - it's worth it! I like the addition of the leaders, but the extra cards are especially nice. Outdated now that TI3 has come out.
