90% luck. If you have bad luck you can never build a hotel chain and get one extra card. If you have bad luck you can never do a fusion. If you are at the wrong place on the table, all players before you buy all the interesting stuff. Totally random and waste of time. Even my 2nd play couldn't improve my opinion about this game. I prefer watching paint drying. It's horrible with 6 players, you wait about 15min for your turn because some people are thinking about 2-3min. And this is a totally waste of time, you also can complete your turn within 20s and you can win.
