Border Reivers: Anglo-Scottish Border Raids, 1513-1603

Players lead one of the six major riding families on the Anglo-Scottish border during the 16th century, managing raids, herds, and reputation across the East, Middle, and West Marches. Gameplay revolves around organizing nighttime raids to steal livestock, mustering men for raids and defense, and moving stolen cattle and sheep to safety before opponents can intercept. Players resolve combats, collect herds, and balance risk with reward while interacting with Wardens and other clans under March Law. Victory is determined by fame and wealth accumulated across the reigns of Henry and Elizabeth, measured through successful engagements, herd size, and regional notoriety.
