Recess!

Set in a rough parochial school playground, the game centers on fights, tattling, stolen lunch money, and the attempt to steal a kiss before recess ends. For three to five players, each player moves two boy figures and two girl figures across a modular, grid-marked board. Children move like chess rooks, while nuns move like queens. Landing on another child starts a fight and takes a coin; other children can intervene or tattle to a nun, who sends the attacker to detention. The game ends after thirty turns or when a boy and girl meet unseen by the nuns. The kiss earns coins, and the player with the most coins wins.
