Rome, IInc.: From Diocletian to Heraclius

Solitaire and cooperative game about running the Late Roman Empire from Diocletian to Heraclius. Players manage the empire from five historical starting points, directing military forces, promoting and removing emperors and governors, and responding to barbarian threats. One player can control the entire empire, or two players can share responsibility between its eastern and western halves. Scenarios last 10–50 turns, with each turn representing 5–10 years.
