100 Books to Find on a Thief's Bookshelf

A collection of 100 books covering subjects of interest to thieves and other criminals, intended to flesh out the contents of a suspicious bookshelf. Most are ordinary works of limited value, while some may contain useful information or be illegal to own, depending on the GameMaster’s judgment. In a fantasy setting, each book can be assigned a suggested value of 1d6 gp. The entries may also appear as scrolls, clay tablets, or stone tablets, with reduced value and, in the latter case, increased weight and difficulty of transport.
