Players maneuver influence, draft and defend a new constitution, and contest seats and authority as the game progresses toward elections for the Legislative Assembly. Mechanics introduce scenario-specific events and objectives that alter loyalties and strategic options across a fixed 17-round arc, with no major military campaigns but heightened political intrigue and shifting public opinion.
