#30 Cloaks of Deception

This supplement presents a collection of magical cloaks and cowls for adventuring characters, including garments that grant authority, concealment, transformation, false death, or control over light and darkness. Each cloak is available in lesser, greater, and superior versions, with Resistance benefits for further customization. It also introduces a Legacy cloak whose rituals reveal new powers and aspects over time, allowing these items to remain useful from a character’s first adventures through travels across distant planes.
