Depending on the setting, these items may be legal, restricted, or outright forbidden, and they are often found in the hands of criminals and other covert operators. The assortment includes tools for eavesdropping, disguise, forgery, tracking, distraction, and harm, along with items such as returning coins, mutable knives, and wild-magic elixirs.
