A fantasy city setting unfolds as festival season approaches in a place of jester troupes, brewers, mask-makers, and rising public excitement. Beneath the celebrations, conspiracies and threats endanger the city and its inhabitants. The book includes the campaign The Outrage of Betrayed Brethren, with the adventures Intrigue, Assassination, and Chaos. It details the city’s history, factions, conflicts, establishments, and adventure locations, along with a double-sided color map and additional maps. Game Master material provides hidden conspiracies and plot hooks for further adventures.
