Alcatraz: The Scapegoat – Maximum Security

This expansion adds three new locations, a character sheet for games with up to five players, and four blackmail cards. It also introduces the Chief of Security, who makes life harder for the prisoners, and the Sucker, a character who cannot complete tasks but cannot become the scapegoat. Sentence cards provide characters with additional abilities.
