Alien Breeds

A roleplaying supplement for the Cepheus Engine and other classic 2D6 science-fiction games, this book introduces a hostile alien predator with a disturbing lifecycle and the ability to mutate to suit its environment. The species can be used in the HOSTILE setting or adapted to other science-fiction campaigns. The supplement also includes a small colony installation designed to house around 50–60 people, suitable for a survey, prospecting mission, or planetary maintenance operation. The layout forms the setting for the included adventure, “Outbreak.”
