Players take the role of megacorporations or shadowy runners battling for control of a futuristic data network. The expansion emphasizes Jinteki corporations and three new Criminal runner identities while adding new neutral options for all factions. The box adds 165 cards (three copies each of 55 unique cards), introducing new ice, ambushes, operations, events, connections, AI, and psi-type effects. Players build decks around the new identities and cards, then score agendas, install and defend servers, or run and break through opposing defenses while juggling economy and tempo.
