A fast-playing simulation of the Spanish Civil War, 1936–39. One player commands the left-wing government of the Spanish Republic, while the other leads the right-wing forces in revolt. Players maneuver brigade- and division-sized units across an area map of Spain, coordinating infantry, armor, artillery, air units, and interventionist forces over turns representing two to three months. The game supports two players, with a four-player variant and high solitaire suitability.
