As the Bronze Age ends, Teutonic lords use newly discovered iron, armies, and divine favor to expand their lands and preserve their family lines. Players assemble a map from landscape tiles, build decks of gods, creatures, items, and events, then use their forces to claim territory and battle rivals. Each god grants aid in exchange for specific sacrifices. Appeasing gods may require major losses to a player's position or deck, and the player who appeases the most gods wins. The game also includes solitaire and two-player cooperative modes.
