This campaign supplement expands a modern-fantasy setting with major allies, enemies, and factions drawn from the Shadowfist universe. New character types include the Magic Cop, Medic, and Thief, with additional schticks for customizing existing types. The book also details Operation Killdeer and the Triumvirate’s plans to control the Netherworld, providing material for encounters and ongoing campaigns.
