Bulltown Blue Tower (OSE)
In Seattle’s rundown Bulltown district, a gang controls a 20-story apartment tower and uses it to sell drugs, weapons, and black-market goods. The building’s residents include humans, goblins, fey, and other supernatural beings, while a hidden basement market trades in stolen and unusual items. The party is hired to investigate the disappearance of two teenagers whose debts to the gang may have led to their kidnapping. The adventure involves exploring the tower, dealing with its gang members and supernatural inhabitants, and uncovering what happened to the missing pair.
