This deluxe expansion explores the depths of madness in the Lovecraftian mythos, focusing primarily on Hastur and the Yellow Sign. It adds 55 new cards, including deranged Artists, Cultists, and Lunatics, along with characters, support cards, conspiracies, and events that strengthen Terror struggles and insanity mechanics. Each of the eight factions also gains a powerful character that enters play insane and changes the game when restored. Additional cards support these characters and Hastur’s growing influence.
