A magazine-style supplement for the Star Fleet Battles and Federation & Empire systems presenting fiction, scenarios, reference material, and analysis. Contains a short fiction piece about a duel between a Federation cruiser captain and a Klingon commander, with consequences for a contested outpost. Provides five new scenarios, statistics for four new ships (a Federation battlecruiser, a Hydran light command cruiser, a Klingon war cruiser, and a Lyran war mauler), officer rank information and a Klingon D7 officer roster, plus articles on carrier drone storage, Battleforce 500, tactics, trivia, and the original SFU Index. Includes a Federation & Empire section with Q&A, a strategy article, and an additional F&E scenario.
