This sourcebook details a secret group of magic users serving the Coalition States and the Prosek regime. Although magic is banned on Coalition soil, these practitioners work covertly against the Federation of Magic and other anti-Coalition factions while being hunted as fugitives by the government they protect. It covers the organization’s goals, structure, current operations, and continued role within the Coalition.
