Two promotional building cards expand the pool of available E‑buildings and offer persistent benefits when constructed. One card increases income by one coin for each different type of good a player owns, rewarding diversified resources. The other lets a player rearrange the order of their citizen and military decks whenever those decks are refreshed, adding deck‑management control. In first‑edition play these are available from the start; in second‑edition play they sit above the normal building row and remain available until purchased.
