City of Mist Master of Ceremonies' Toolkit

A game-mastering resource for City of Mist campaigns, this book presents district guides, sample locations, local Rifts, and additional sites around the city. It explains the MC’s roles and provides step-by-step advice for running sessions, creating cases, and structuring a series using the Iceberg model. The book includes rules and profiles for Dangers and Avatars, custom moves, ready-to-use adversaries and arch-villains, and a complete sample case, “Gambling with Death.”
