City of Mist Starter Set

A film-noir role-playing game set in a modern city filled with crime, conspiracies, and supernatural mysteries. Players portray ordinary people who embody legendary powers, balancing their mortal identities against the demands of their Mythos. Characters investigate cases, confront rival legends, and take action using free-form tags that describe their abilities, gear, allies, and traits. Mysteries and identities shape character motivations and evolution, while status spectrums track narrative advantages and setbacks in and out of combat.
