City of Solstice: Evil Streets

An old-school fantasy roleplaying setting centered on a city ruled by five rival criminal organizations known as the Star Society. Players take the roles of members of the Vigilant, a corrupt and diminished guild responsible for keeping order while the city’s leaders look the other way. The setting supports urban adventures and includes new character classes, spells, magic items, and a revised magic system. These optional rules can be used together or independently with minimal adaptation.
