This event supplement explores the teenage heroes caught in the Civil War, including the Young Avengers, Runaways, New Warriors, and Power Pack. It provides story material focused on the conflict over the Superhuman Registration Act, the rebellion against it, and the events that helped ignite the war. The supplement adds hero datafiles, gameplay options, new adventures, alternate scenarios, and threats for Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, allowing groups to play as or alongside the next generation of Marvel heroes.
