A boxed expansion for a hospital management game, combining more than twelve previously released expansions with new rules, components, layouts, and artwork. It adds amenities such as cafeterias and dormitories with buses, a pharmacy with pill tiles, hospice facilities, elders and expecting patients, ambulances, and a fourth-floor player board. Additional modules introduce maintenance shops and janitors, urban design cards, pillars, viruses, satellite dishes, an intensive care unit, and public works tiles.
