This volume adds rules for air-assault, air-dropped, and air-landed operations, along with Soviet Spetznatz special forces and equipment such as BMD-1 and BMD-2 vehicles, Gaz-66 trucks, UAZ-469 jeeps, 120mm mortars, and air-droppable ZSU-23-2 guns. It includes complete TO&Es for the Soviet VDV and US 3rd Infantry Division, with rules for helicopters, transport aircraft, gunships, tanks, and other airborne support. A linked scenario section covers VDV and Spetznatz forces seizing a nuclear power station before the 8th Guards Army crosses the Inner German Border.
