A new mission takes the Agency from the city into the Appalachian backcountry, where two West Virginia moonshiners become involved with a prize they do not understand. The scenario includes full instructions and NPC blocks for running this rural investigation. This free downloadable content requires the Shadow Scar Starter Set and is intended for use with the Character Creation and Armory DLCs.
