Cytosis: Virus Expansion

This expansion adds Influenza, Rhinovirus, and Ebola to the cell biology setting. Players spend ATP to build antibodies against each viral strain. When a virus attacks, players roll antibody dice based on their health and add the results to their accumulated antibodies. The strongest immune response gains resources, while the weakest loses resources.
