This roleplaying game is set in a post-apocalyptic world reshaped by devastating wars, radiation, mutation, and the collapse of human civilization. Players create survivors using new backgrounds, character paths, feats, and a multi-level mutation system featuring numerous mutations and defects. The game includes equipment from the Ancients, including modern firearms, lasers, energy weapons, explosives, advanced armor, powered armor, medicines, electronics, military hardware, and survival gear.
