Demiplanes: The Frozen Cage

An icy demiplane holds the sealed spirit of a daemonic harbinger, whose servants besiege the last keep of the holy Wardens who imprisoned it millennia ago. Heroes enter the Frozen Cage as a ready-to-use adventure setting, where they can aid the dwindling defenders, support the invading crusaders, or risk having their souls consumed to break the prison’s bonds. Designed for insertion into an existing fantasy campaign, the setting can serve as an adventure location, an ally’s lair, or a place to visit between other quests.
