Der Schrecken von Aldwic

In the agricultural village of Aldwic, known for its whisky, mysterious crop circles, mutilated livestock and frightened dogs disturb the peace. After a farmer dies and the village beauty disappears, adventurers investigate whether dark magic, demons or a rival clan are responsible. The adventure combines village secrets, a clan feud, ancient ghosts, a lost royal treasure, a murderous beast, a corrupted relic, a demon princess and missing whisky. Players have considerable freedom in solving the mysteries and identifying those responsible. The booklet also includes a shorter adventure in which the characters must rescue a merchant’s son from a feared lord’s dungeon. Both adventures are set on Alba’s eastern coast and suit low- to mid-level characters, with adjustments for higher-level groups.
