Dune: A Game of Conquest and Diplomacy

Players take control of one of the great factions vying for the planet’s valuable resource, melange. Ship forces to the board, harvest spice, contest strongholds, and resolve battles using hand-managed battle cards and purchased market cards. Play proceeds in phases: spice is added or lost to sandworm attacks, players draw battle cards and may buy market advantages, then they ship and move forces and resolve combat. The game runs 3–5 rounds and can end early if a player controls three strongholds; otherwise the most spice (with strongholds worth additional spice) determines the winner.
