It compiles 34 collections covering features such as altars, archways, bridges, doors, traps, secret passages, statues, wells, and dungeon entrances, along with mundane contents, legends, riddles, and dungeon names. The material supports both preparation and play, providing tables and prompts for concealed doors, strange growths, illumination, graffiti, and other miscellaneous details. It also includes new material and nine essays on dungeon design.
