A tactical naval wargame set during the First World War, covering engagements involving the British, German, Japanese, Turkish, Austrian, and Russian navies. More than 40 scenarios include Jutland, Dogger Bank, and smaller actions, with variants exploring alternate outcomes and historical possibilities. Players maneuver warships through tactical turns representing three minutes, with longer intermediate turns for extended movement and chases. Gunnery accounts for visibility, range, target size, firing volume, and speed, while damage depends on shell type, gun strength, and armor. Critical hits can affect engineering, the bridge, steering, and individual weapons. The Data Annex lists ship classes from the war, and several scenarios support solitaire play.
