Fear Itself

Investigate disturbing supernatural events as ordinary people drawn into conflict with alien creatures from the Outer Black. Characters pursue core clues, confront personal fears, and struggle to maintain their stability through relationships, beliefs, and other sources of support. The game supports one-shot horror scenarios and ongoing campaigns, with psychics, flashbacks, character relationships, and tragic consequences. It uses the GUMSHOE system and includes guidance for running horror adventures, additional creatures, and a detailed scenario.
